Supplementary Form Package
For universities that require an extra form to be filled in, use this package for a review. This includes Sunderland, Cambridge, and Southampton BM6 Course. There will be one review only of the form in an online lesson, either as a 1-hour session or shorter sessions totalling up to 1 hour. Email admin@medschoolentry with your form within the correct word count, naming the tutor you’re booked with. This service is NOT for personal statement reviews.
